- Through an inquiry-based, values-driven, and integrative approach to education, I have contributed meaningfully to student development both within and beyond the classroom. My work is grounded in a strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and informed by my training in Sociology and long-standing engagement with holistic, student-centred education.
- I am a transition specialist and a practice-based facilitative listener with over 25 years of experience supporting adolescents and young adults through academic, personal, and developmental milestones. My practice emphasises pastoral care, wellbeing, and experiential learning, with a focus on helping students build resilience, self-awareness, and agency during key phases of their educational journey.
- I bring a deep commitment to mentoring and coaching students to become self-directed, opportunity-ready learners. Through reflective dialogue, structured guidance, and goal-oriented frameworks, I support students in navigating academic systems, managing transitions, and developing the skills necessary for lifelong learning and leadership.
- Across all my work, I strive to create inclusive, non-judgmental spaces that encourage thoughtful engagement, emotional insight, and purposeful growth—enabling students to thrive both within educational institutions and beyond them.
- My work focuses on helping young students & professionals hone context sensitivity and build their own ecosystem for lifelong learning, opportunity readiness and growth.
